Mike DiPaulo
MANAGING PARTNER
Mike is dedicated to providing businesses and their employees the tools necessary to achieve their financial security.
Mr. DiPaulo started as a Financial Services Representative in 1992 with The Equitable. His focus was on college planning and wealth accumulation. In the winter of 1995, he served a Regional V.P. in charge of recruiting and development. His team earned top 10 national status 3 years running. In 2000, Mike shifted gears and moved to New York Life as a partner. MassMutual hired Mike as Director of Brokerage in 2007, a position he currently stills holds. Always, striving for business development, Mike founded Diverse Benefit Solutions LLC. The DBS product portfolio compliments the MassMutual product line to better serve all their clients.
Mike is a lifelong resident of Central New York. Raised in Liverpool, NY, he attended college at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. He met his wife, Joanne while in college, over 30 years ago. They have two children, Kayla and Matthew. Mr. DiPaulo has served his community as President of several local youth organizations. He was on the Executive Board for the local chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In 2013 he joined the Board for Advocates Inc; Advocates for Families of Children with Special Needs.

"I was born and raised in Central New York and am a graduate of Fredonia State and University at Buffalo. I have been working with Financial Advisors for 14 years, the last 10 years specifically with our managing partner, Mike DiPaulo. I am fully licensed in New York for Life, health, disability, and LTC related benefits. I am also securities licensed with a series 7 and 24. My focus is on customer service and running our back-office operations. I’m your go to person for all things related to paperwork, quoting, tracking, and underwriting. I strive to provide excellent customer service and follow up for our clients."
